The new s-curve footbridge across the Scioto River connects “old” Dublin to trendy, modern Dublin. It’s the new “it” thing for us locals to paint—bumping the short north arches over High Street from its long-held number one spot. Dusk in December is a great time to scout for inspiration. There was plenty of time to enjoy the area from the top of the hill by the free parking garage in old Dublin to the park on the bank on the opposite side of the river where people enjoyed iceless skating and hot chocolate.
